The UPVC Windsor Pent Garden Room is our newest luxurious garden room, designed to a high specification that comes as standard. 22mm external cladding, 3″ x 2″ internal framework, extra head height along with 1400mm UPVC double doors and UPVC opening window/s in anthracite grey. Add to that the ‘Firestone’ rubber roof and you are looking at an exceptional outdoor building that can be utilised as a home office but can double up as a garden bar area.

The Windsor UPVC Pent building includes internal cladding and insulation, laminate flooring with underlay along with various electrical packages. The perfect outdoor space for all year round use.

How to Price?

There are two options on how to purchase this building. You can purchase uninsulated or with insulation.  If you want an insulated building just add the price to the non insulated price. *ALL INSULATION PACKAGES INCLUDE: 25mm Insulation Sheets – 12mm Match Board Internal Cladding – Grey Laminate Flooring fitted with Underlay

You can then choose the Electrical Package

Example: For an 8 x 6 uninsulated Windsor Pent Garden Room the price is £3895 + the 8 x 6 insulation package £1850 totals £5745 + Bronze Electrical Package will be £6280.
