Your delivery will be carried out by Ecoscape UK between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Please note we do stress that customers ( able and over the age of 18 ) MUST be present to sign for and aid in the unloading of the delivery, failure to do so will result in a £75.00 minimum re-delivery charge by the courier company. If there are any access restrictions please let us know prior to your delivery so that we can make suitable arrangements.

The delivery is a kerbside service – goods will be delivered to the kerb at the end of your driveway. Your delivery needs to be handballed off the vehicle – driver will open the protective wrap of an individual pallet and require assistance in offloading the goods off the vehicle by hand. Larger orders will require more than one person on site. If any of this is unclear please contact us prior to delivery to discuss further.

When using an outsourced courier Ecoscape UK cannot guarantee goods will arrive on the pre-arrange date. We cannot issue any compensation for late deliveries so we kindly ask not to arrange for any builders, joiners or fitters to be carrying out the installation on the day of delivery.

Please be aware that these items are fulfilled from our supplementary warehouse to ensure efficient processing and handling.
